Our first product aims to transform the token markets into globally compliant securities markets, unlocking trillions of dollars in new capital for innovation. We currently call this project “Global Offering”.

MISSION

MAXOS seeks to innovate at industry scale. Many big companies have stepped back from innovating at scale. They prefer to make money in reliable ways, and outsource their innovation in small bits to startups. In response, innovators have found new ways to organize at an even bigger, industry scale, with techniques such as continuous integration and blockchains. We see opportunities to use these techniques to leap forward in industries such as securities, healthcare, and cloud services.

We are currently seeking help with:

• Online marketing, including basic community building and community communications by Web site, video, signup forms, Twitter, Slack, and online forums and PR. Also graphic design for Web and PDF formats.
• ICO experience, including marketing, brand building, community engagement, and structuring token economics.
• Recruiting and team support. Advertise jobs and bounty roles, identify promising contributors, and engage them in trials and tasks. Optionally, support teams with communication and project management
• Programming. We are a TECH FIRST company seeking talented software developers and architects. We need contributors with a talent for programming in a cloud-based, continuous delivery environment with tools like Javascript, Go, Java, and C++. We need a DevOps team to keep us moving on testing, operations, and security. Beyond that, we are looking for expertise in blockhain architectures, Solidity programming, crypto API’s and wallets, and security testing, including automated and crowdsourced security testing.

We will work in a globally distributed team. You can join from your current location. We will start with trial engagements. We will build teamwork with continuous integration of our software, operations, and marketing.

If you want to see us and collaborate face to face, you can come to our Boston office, or at our global development center. I hope to find a beautiful facility where we can surf, dive, bike, work hard, and come together physically and intellectually. We want to make this open to people from any country. We are doing the research now to find a place that has friendly visa rules, enthusiasm about our mission and its economic development potential, transportation, and great environment.

PROJECTS

• Global offering: The ICO market is telling us that there is a huge demand for global offerings of securities that go directly from issuer, to buyer, on a blockchain. The market is ready to explode beyond utility tokens into real securities that can fund a much greater variety of projects. We are making this happen by organizing a rule base that can give issuers control and visibility on trades, check every trade for compliance in any buyer jurisdiction, and track trades for the security of institutional buyers.
• Our innovation investment bank, which is designing and selling investments in core innovation.
• Trust but Verify: Blockchain applications at cloud scale.
• Various projects to free healthcare data to create a new economy of consumer-focused apps and AI advisors
• API Clearinghouse: Are you annoyed that you have to get dozens of different tokens and cloud accounts just to buy the API services that you need to have a modern business? So are we. We’ll fix it with a clearinghouse where you can buy any API service with a real dollar account.
• Global Development Center: Looking for a place where you can bring everyone on your distributed team, for a week or a year? We will find that place, near a beach, and turning it into a hub of software and blockchain development. We hope this can serve other blockchain projects, and we’re happy to help out with advice on recruiting, programming, devops, and distributed team management.
